Our policy lasts 30 days. We do not offer you a refund or an exchange 30 days after your purchase.
Refunds (if applicable)
Your refund process starts once the returned item is received. We will send a notification via email once we received your returned item. A credit will automatically be applied to your credit card or original method of payment. This may take a few days depending on your bank.
Late or missing refunds (if applicable)
If you haven’t received a refund yet, please check your bank account again.
It may take some time before your refund is officially posted. You may also contact your bank about the processing time of the refund. If you haven't received your refund after contacting the bank, please contact us at contact@lashophy.com.
Exchanges (if applicable)
We only replace items if they arrived defective or damaged. If you need to exchange it for the same item, email us at contact@lashophy.com.

Customers will shoulder the shipping costs for returning an item. Shipping costs are non-refundable. If you receive a refund, the cost of return shipping will be deducted from the refund.
